Collection Box or Special Collection Box?
The Japanese Another Eden Begins Collection Box bundles the game with a soundtrack, SteelBook, and storage box. The Special Collection Box adds an Ogrebane paper knife, era-themed metal pin badges, a special booklet, and a WFS store-exclusive box.
The useful question is whether you want those extra physical items—not whether the longer edition name means more playable story. Compare the actual contents and platform printed on the product listing.

The official lists also identify a serial-code leaflet as an early-purchase bonus. Keep that condition attached to it. For a later or secondhand purchase, ask whether the leaflet is present and whether its codes remain unused; the edition name alone does not answer either question.
Those serial rewards are for Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space, the original game. They are not proof that a collector's box includes Begins character DLC or its Season Pass.

At those list prices, the Collection Box adds 5,000 JPY to the corresponding standard version. The Special Collection Box adds another 10,000 JPY over the Collection Box. The difference is the same on both Nintendo platforms.
Use those differences to price the extras you actually want. If the soundtrack and SteelBook are your priorities, both collector options list them. The larger premium buys the Special edition's additional physical collection.

- Exact contents: compare the seller's list with the official box contents, especially for opened or secondhand items.
